About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients using investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualised management plans.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using a wide range of treatment skills and options to develop a programme of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and carers to maximise potential and ensure understanding of their condition and rehabilitation processes.
  • Participate in the appraisal of junior staff and physiotherapy assistants as agreed with the Band 7 Physiotherapist.
  • Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of work and current practices through evidence-based practice, audit, and the use of outcome measures.

Requirements

  • HPC Registered Physiotherapist Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • A minimum of 18 months postgraduate experience as a physiotherapist with some NHS experience.
  • Physiotherapy knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal, neurology, Orthopaedics, and elderly care specialities.
  • Knowledge of the Primary Care and healthcare services within the Community.
