Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our MSK department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in Mid Essex.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients using investigative and analytical skills, and formulate individualised management plans.
- Develop specialist level knowledge in appropriate discrete areas, and communicate effectively with patients and carers to maximise potential and ensure understanding of their condition and rehabilitation processes.
- Accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and organise this effectively and efficiently with regard to prioritising according to risk and use of time.
- Participate in the appraisal of junior staff and physiotherapy assistants, and assist in the development of their own personal development plans.
- Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of work and current practices through evidence-based practice, audit, and the use of outcome measures.

- HPC Registered Physiotherapist Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- A minimum of 18 months postgraduate experience as a physiotherapist with some NHS experience.
- Physiotherapy knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal, neurology, orthopaedics, and elderly care specialities.
- Knowledge of the Primary Care and healthcare services within the Community.
