Job Overview:

Paintseal Europe Limited is seeking a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Servicing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire.
  2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, plus generous commission opportunities, pension plan, company hybrid vehicle, fuel charge card, hotel facilities provided for travel, and 30 days paid holiday including bank holidays.
