Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and competent Administrator to join our Client Delivery team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our administration team, you will work closely with our Wealth Planners to ensure the delivery of an excellent service and outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the Planners' diaries and arrange client meetings.
  • Process new business applications, track to completion, and liaise with Wealth Planners and Paraplanners.
  • Ensure the accuracy of our client information database at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced Administration role.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential.
  • Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
