Job Title: Business Development Manager - Asset Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Short-Term Hire team in Lisburn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers for our Short-Term Hire department across Northern Ireland, with a focus on maximizing the utilization of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers for our Short-Term Hire department
  • Work closely with the STH Manager and team to ensure customer needs are met and customer service standards are maintained
  • Achieve volume targets for Short-Term Hire
  • Manage route plans to ensure effective coverage of the account base
  • Identify opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends and customer needs
  • Develop and negotiate strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives
  • Closing new business deals with STH customers
  • Maintain and expand existing client database
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven record in a problem-solving role
  • Customer service-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capital equipment experience, ideally in the material handling industry
  • Full, clean driving license with a willingness to travel
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Results-driven
