Job Title: Business Development Manager - Asset Growth Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Short-Term Hire team in Lisburn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers for our Short-Term Hire department across Northern Ireland, with a focus on maximizing the utilization of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers for our Short-Term Hire department
- Work closely with the STH Manager and team to ensure customer needs are met and customer service standards are maintained
- Achieve volume targets for Short-Term Hire
- Manage route plans to ensure effective coverage of the account base
- Identify opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends and customer needs
- Develop and negotiate strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives
- Closing new business deals with STH customers
- Maintain and expand existing client database
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven record in a problem-solving role
- Customer service-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Capital equipment experience, ideally in the material handling industry
- Full, clean driving license with a willingness to travel
- High level of computer literacy
- Results-driven
