Inspired Education Group, a global leader in premium private education, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Headmaster and Operations Manager at Wetherby Senior School. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing the Headmaster's diary, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our global network of schools.

Job Description:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headmaster and Operations Manager
  • Manage the Headmaster's diary, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Develop and implement effective systems for organisation and time management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Degree-level education and/or equivalent experience
