Dynamic Sales Team Lead

We are excited to welcome applications from Conveyancing backgrounds or Residential Sales for a dynamic Senior Sales Progressor role, based in the vibrant city of Manchester. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property instructions, overseeing the entire sales process from offer acceptance to exchange and completion, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and meet targets for exchange and completion dates, ensuring smooth transactions from sale to completion.
- Regularly update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities.
- A competitive salary of £33,000 per annum + bonuses based on successful exchanges (£25 per exchange, £50 per exchange under 28 days).
