Job Summary:
KBB Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Trade Counter Performance Manager to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency in our dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in showroom management, preferably within the KBB or high-end retail industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, providing guidance and training as needed.
This role requires strong leadership skills to inspire and lead a sales-focused team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for luxury aesthetics and interior trends.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive trade counter performance and achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure team success.
- Analyse trade counter performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Manage the trade counter budget effectively, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in showroom management, preferably within the KBB or high-end retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales-focused team.
- A keen eye for luxury aesthetics and interior trends.
