Site Administration Specialist

**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Site Administration Specialist to join our team at SYNETIQ Ltd. in Bury St Edmunds.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm. As a Site Administration Specialist, you will support our daily site operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective communication.
Main Tasks:
- Coordinate vehicle bookings for collection
- Process and respond to incoming mail and communications
- Prepare and manage relevant paperwork for vehicle collection and delivery
- Confirm sale prices with customers and process payments
- Manage invoice processing, payment chasing, and document filing
- Collaborate with the finance team on buyer payments
- Carry out general administrative duties
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a similar administration role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
