Deputy Service Manager for Dispensary and Distribution

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our pharmacy team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
As the Deputy Service Manager for Dispensary and Distribution, you will be responsible for leading the management of stock control, including temperature monitoring, and working closely with the lead pharmacy technician to manage teams of pharmacy assistants.
You will also provide training and mentorship for new starters in the dispensary and in stores, and assist in procurement for the pharmacy department.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a GPhC accredited qualification in pharmacy and experience in hospital pharmacy, including working within a pharmacy dispensary.
You should also have experience in managing a service and/or leading a team, as well as experience in managing projects or change management.
