About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for part-time work available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in the Treatment Rooms service, utilizing clinical skills in assessment, planning, and implementation of proactive care for patients with nursing needs.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Main Duties
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex needs, incorporating evidence-based practice and individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in the coordination of multi-disciplinary input to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote collaborative care.
