Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing orders efficiently, providing quotes to current and prospective clients, handling a high volume of inbound calls, and offering general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through effective communication and quote provision.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
