About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for our products and brand, and by providing accurate information to customers about our products, including features and benefits, and stock availability.
  • Customer Service: Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability, in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Store Standards: Maintain impeccable store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness, in order to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Focus: A customer service-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in the retail industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Flexibility: A flexible individual who is able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in order to meet the needs of the store.
