Job Overview
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional support in a Primary school setting. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity, depending on the school's needs, where you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or individuals with SEN, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with their academic and personal development, helping them to access the curriculum, and promoting independence and inclusion.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A passion for working with children and young people with SEN
  • Experience of providing support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school
