London, Greater London, United Kingdom Runa Network Limited Full time
About Runa Network Limited

Runa is pioneering a first-of-its-kind payment rail capable of issuing, sending and accepting digital value at scale. With a focus on low-volume, high-velocity payments, our platform empowers businesses to send digital value to anyone, anywhere instantly, free of charge for senders and recipients.

Banking and card payment infrastructure still struggles to serve this type of payment. Businesses waste thousands of hours, incurring costs of up to 50% per transaction and leaving the people they serve waiting days to receive their money.

Our new digital payments infrastructure transforms the payouts landscape, enabling businesses to power instant, flexible global payouts to tens of millions of consumers.

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Demand team, collaborating closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams to build and scale self-serve products that provide a seamless onboarding experience for new and existing customers.

You'll be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, setting priorities, managing stakeholders, and shipping features that deliver results.

Our Demand Team focuses on ensuring customers can access and expand their payout offerings through our app and API. This involves creating a delightful experience for customers, focusing on metrics and optimizing user journey flow.

What We're Looking For
  • A previous experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth, consumer-focused start-up or scale-up business.
  • A background in contributing to the full product life-cycle from discovery through to delivery, collaborating with customers, design, and engineering to build consumer-centric products.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, with design, engineering, and commercial teams, to deliver API-focused products.
  • Exposure to building products to enable development teams with knowledge of API management, standards, documentation, and principles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across the business.
About You

We're looking for someone who is technically focused and passionate about contributing to taking a new product to market. You should have a solid understanding of APIs and how they positively impact both customers and engineering teams.

You will demonstrate an ability to understand stakeholder and customer requirements, interpreting data and research to define and deliver a roadmap that helps the business achieve its goals and outcomes.

What We Offer

We offer a hybrid structure with the requirement of 1 day a week at our London Office (Aldgate East).

An annual L&D allowance of £1,000 to invest in mastering your craft, including accredited studies. Plus 5 days study leave per year.

25 days holiday + public holidays.

Runa Reset Days - Runa closes on the first Friday of each quarter for a well-deserved Reset Day.

Summer Hours - In the month of August, we log off at 3pm on Fridays.

Work from anywhere for up to 45 calendar days a year.

Participation in the Employee Options pool giving you ownership in Runa.

Private Medical + Dental Health Insurance with Bupa.

Enhanced parental leave for all new parents, up to 16 weeks full pay.
