Care and Support Professional

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As an Adults Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Your duties will include assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible, observing and monitoring patient conditions, and keeping accurate records. You will also be required to drive residents to activities and hobbies they enjoy, which may require access to your own vehicle.
This is a flexible shift pattern opportunity with immediate starts available. The salary range is £13.38 - £22.88 per hour, paid weekly with no payroll charges.
You will be supported by a team of multi-professionals, and we encourage applicants who are passionate about creating positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
