About the Role

This is a challenging yet highly fulfilling position that requires a strong commitment to enabling individuals to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. As a Relief Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

You will be responsible for providing emotional support, promoting social inclusion, and encouraging participation in community activities. Your role will also involve supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, and personal care. You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.15
  • Wakeful night rate: £12.5 + 20%
  • Night rate: 1.5 x hourly rate
  • Sleep-in rate: £64.62
