Support Worker Scotland

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker Scotland to join our team in East Fife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

About the Role

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training by our award-winning learning & development team. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, developing essential skills and knowledge to support service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with service users in their communities through activities like day centres, bowling, cinema, and swimming.
  2. Administer and monitor medication according to individual needs.
  3. Provide practical support to help individuals maintain their tenancy, including daily household tasks.
