Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female care worker to join our team in East Fife services. As a Female Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing personalized and outcome-focused support to individuals with a variety of different needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your main responsibilities will include administering and monitoring medication, helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping. You will also work closely with individuals to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor your support accordingly. This may involve providing emotional support, helping with daily tasks, and assisting with medical care.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum and ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects. Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting others.
