Job Description

As General Manager, you will lead and inspire our team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care, meeting regulatory requirements and business performance targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high-quality care delivery, managing staff, and acting as a focal point for residents and their families.">
  • Leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care, meet regulatory requirements, and achieve business performance targets.">
  • Recruiting, retaining, and developing staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and growth.">
  • Maintaining effective communication with health and social care professionals, residents' relatives, and visitors.">
  • Reviewing and monitoring staffing levels, ensuring they align with occupancy and dependency needs.">
  • Providing inspirational leadership and management, driving staff performance and well-being.">
  • Monitoring and managing costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary controls and regular reviews.">

About You

You must have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment, with Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.">
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.">
  • Competence in IT, with adaptability and flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.">
  • A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.">

Salary Package

">

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
