**Job Summary**

We are seeking a General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. This role involves managing staffing levels, ensuring safe and effective care delivery, and providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and person-centred care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and resident satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of four years' experience in a similar care environment.
  • Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving high-quality care and staff development.
  • Strong communication and IT skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

**What We Offer**

  • An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
