Healthcare Infrastructure Development Manager

As Design and Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end construction of a state-of-the-art hospital facility, valued at £800m. You will be responsible for integrating mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and driving sustainable construction in line with the Trust's Green Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Management: Lead the design and delivery of the HHRP main build, managing technical aspects and ensuring alignment with national healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Programme Leadership: Manage timelines, resources, and milestones for the construction works, ensuring effective communication between clinical, operational, and design teams.
- Environmental Stewardship: Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement strategies to minimise the hospital's carbon footprint.
