The successful candidate will have a strong background in care services management, with experience in supervising a team of carers and ensuring compliance with care quality standards. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a minimum of a Level 2 in Health & Social Care Adults. Previous experience working with domiciliary or residential care is essential, and a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
