Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper / Cleaner at The Gherkin, one of our iconic venues in the heart of London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • General cleaning and maintenance of the venue
  • Mopping and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
  • Attending to toilets and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked
  • Assisting the front-of-house team with tasks such as folding napkins and polishing glasses
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including food safety and health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to work
