YHA London Oxford Street is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare bedrooms between guest departures and arrivals, maintaining a fresh and inviting space.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all shower and toilet areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for our guests.
  • Keep the hostel reception and social areas clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Efficiently undertake housekeeping tasks, maintaining consistent cleanliness standards throughout the hostel.
  • Comply with YHA requirements for the use and storage of cleaning products, contributing to our commitment to sustainability.
  • Report any faults or damage to a member of the hostel management team, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Sort and distribute used and unused linen, playing a key role in our guests' comfort.
