Housekeeper - Full-Time, Permanent Position

At Ballymore, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our residential properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard possible, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the staff uniform is worn and standards of appearance are maintained at all times, reflecting positively on the company.
  • Report any damage or defects immediately to the Assistant Operations Manager, ensuring prompt attention to maintenance issues.
  • Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order, reporting any faults to your Manager.
  • Attend on-the-job staff customer care and in-house training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Report all maintenance issues, including light bulbs and trip hazards, to your Manager.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of working as a cleaner in a commercial environment. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
