About the Role

Pareto is looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Professional to lead our B2B sales efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients.

Compensation Package: £40-45k basic salary, plus excellent OTE and equity options.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive business growth
  2. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  3. BUILD and maintain a thriving sales pipeline through strategic networking
  4. DELIVER compelling product demonstrations to potential clients
  5. PROVIDE exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
  6. SERVE as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
  • 2 years of experience within hospitality required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
