Mitchell Maguire is a pioneering company that specializes in shopfitting and furnishing systems. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Specification Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Account Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial retail sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective research, analysis, and networking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies and objectives forward
- Provide expert product knowledge and training to both clients and internal teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets and objectives
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress, making adjustments as needed

What You'll Need:
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the commercial retail sector. A proven track record of success in business development, relationship-building, and sales strategy execution is essential. You will also need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development and growth.
