Job Overview:

Mitchell Maguire is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of professionals in the commercial retail sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager with Mitchell Maguire, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the shopfitting industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, interior designers, design agencies, contractors, retailers, end-users, and shopfitters
* Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding modular systems
* Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

**Requirements:**
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the commercial retail sector
* Strong understanding of the shopfitting industry and its stakeholders
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Deep knowledge of modular systems and their applications

Salary: £53,750 (based on location and experience)
