About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View in Exeter. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the Mental Health service for individuals to build a brighter future.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our GP service, supervise junior staff, and implement screening processes to ensure the best possible care for our service users.

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will be responsible for promoting good teamwork and supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Mental Health service for individuals to build a brighter future
  • Work closely with our GP service to ensure seamless care
  • Supervise junior staff to develop their skills and confidence
  • Implement screening processes to identify and address health risks
  • Promote good teamwork and support colleagues to deliver exceptional care
