About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Mental Health service to build a brighter future for service users
  • Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support and encourage service users to improve their physical health
  • Conduct risk assessments, liaise with the GP service, supervise junior staff, and implement screening processes
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting good teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • RGN experience
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Evidence of clinical practice development
