About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Pinhoe View in Exeter. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the Mental Health service for individuals to build a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and encourage service users to improve their physical health
  • Conduct risk assessments and liaise with our GP service
  • Supervise junior staff and implement screening processes
  • Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • RGN experience
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Evidence of clinical practice development
