Practice Nurse Opportunity

MediTalent Ltd is seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our client's team in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on patients' health and wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of mental health services. You will work closely with patients to monitor and enhance their physical health, carrying out assessments and plans to support their mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, addressing both physical and mental health needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care
  • Support patients in leading healthier, more balanced lives
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, providing accurate and clear information to colleagues and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Previous experience in a comparable healthcare setting, ideally in mental health or within a multidisciplinary team
