Beach Baker's Leisure Team: Valuation Senior Surveyor/Associate Opportunity
£45k-£60k base plus car
Beach Baker's Leisure team offers a unique blend of expertise and experience in the operational trading assets of the leisure industry. Our team's diverse client base and recognition in the industry make it an attractive place to work and build a career.
This role would suit someone with strong general practice experience, with exposure to landlord and tenant, rating, and valuation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients in the leisure industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational trading assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the leisure sector, understanding their specific needs and business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them excel in their roles.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients, establishing new relationships, and promoting services offered.
- Hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer.
Our team has a strong presence and expertise in various sectors within the leisure industry, including hotels, pubs/bars, cinemas, bingo, health & fitness clubs, nightclubs/late-night venues, gambling, sports stadiums, and visitor attractions.
We offer a range of services, including valuation, consultancy, and transactional support, catering to both owners and operators within the leisure industry.
Our client base is diverse, encompassing a wide range of properties and businesses, including safari parks, concert venues, motorway service areas, crematoria, and caves.
