Beach Baker is seeking a highly skilled Valuation - Senior Surveyor/Associate to join our Leisure team.

£45k-£60k base plus car

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients in the leisure industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational trading assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the leisure sector, understanding their specific needs and business objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients, establishing new relationships, and promoting services offered.

Requirements:

  • Hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer.
  • Strong general practice experience, with exposure to Landlord and Tenant, rating and valuation.
