Valuation - Senior Surveyor/Associate - Leisure Industry Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Valuation Surveyor/Associate to join our Leisure team at Beach Baker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients in the leisure industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational trading assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-rate advice to clients in the leisure industry, conducting thorough research, analysis, and preparing well-written reports to communicate recommendations effectively.
- Build relationships with key clients in the leisure sector, understanding their specific needs and business objectives to provide tailored advice and exceptional service.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development and help them excel in their roles.
- Contribute to the business development efforts of the Leisure team, identifying potential clients, establishing new relationships, and promoting the services offered.
Requirements:
- Hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer.
- Have strong general practice experience, with exposure to Landlord and Tenant, rating, and valuation.
