About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor/Associate to join our Leisure team at Beach Baker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients in the leisure industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational trading assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide first-rate advice to clients in the leisure industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the leisure sector, understanding their specific needs and business objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients and establishing new relationships to promote the services offered by our Leisure team.

Requirements:

  • Hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer.
  • Have strong general practice experience, with exposure to Landlord and Tenant, rating, and valuation.

Our Leisure team has a strong presence and expertise in various sectors within the leisure industry, including hotels, pubs/bars, cinemas, bingo, health & fitness clubs, nightclubs/late-night venues, gambling, sports stadiums, and visitor attractions.
