Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at voco Edinburgh Royal Terrace. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the breakfast service, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Lead and develop a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control costs, maintaining a high level of profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
