Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Four Points by Sheraton in Edinburgh Haymarket.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a positive work culture and ensure that high standards of food and beverage service are consistently delivered.
- Develop and implement departmental standards and procedures to drive sales and beverage creativity and profit.
- Deliver daily briefings and attend food and beverage meetings as scheduled.
- Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar.
- Ensure effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role and comply with hotel rules and regulations.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Literate in computer technology.
- 40 hour/week.
