As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, while promoting our company values and driving sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a positive work culture and lead by example in demonstrating our company values.
- Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard, adhering to departmental standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement departmental standards and procedures to drive sales and beverage creativity and profit.
- Conduct daily briefings and attend food and beverage meetings as scheduled.
- Complete training sessions in line with our departmental monthly training calendar.
- Ensure all staff are aware of their role and responsibilities.
- Comply with hotel rules, regulations, and provisions contained in our Employee Handbook.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene, and Fire Life Safety.
