Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Four Points by Sheraton in Edinburgh Haymarket.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a positive work culture and ensure that all staff are aware of their role in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit.
- Deliver daily briefings and attend food and beverage meetings as scheduled.
- Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of their role in delivering exceptional customer service.
- 2 years previous experience within a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Literate in computer technology.
- 40 hour/week.
