Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis. As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will work in a secondary school in Manchester, supporting students with behavioural challenges and helping them grow academically and personally.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide targeted support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum, focusing on core subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and staff.
- Contribute to tracking and reporting on student progress.
Requirements
- Team Teach training and experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to track and report on student progress.
