About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team on a full-time basis as soon as possible. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure each student receives tailored support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs
  • Assisting teachers in delivering lesson plans and activities
  • Participating in behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
