We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and support their development in a vibrant and ambitious school environment.
School Details
This role involves working part-time (30 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year, including Teacher Training Days. The contract is fixed-term until August 31st, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- To assist teachers with supporting students' learning;
- To develop good relationships with pupils, staff, and parents;
- To demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- To be proactive and flexible in dealing with new challenging situations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent;
- A passion for delivering high-quality educational experiences for children;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- The ability to work effectively with young people and develop good relationships with them;
- Self-motivation, dedication, and consistency;
- The ability to deal with new challenging situations;
- A positive and flexible attitude;
- A strong team player who can use their own initiative;
- Understanding and empathy towards the needs of young people.

Salary Information
The hourly rate for this role is £12.65, which translates to an annual salary of approximately £24,404 on a pro-rata basis.
