Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and support their development in a vibrant and ambitious school environment.

School Details

This role involves working part-time (30 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year, including Teacher Training Days. The contract is fixed-term until August 31st, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
  • To assist teachers with supporting students' learning;
  • To develop good relationships with pupils, staff, and parents;
  • To demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • To be proactive and flexible in dealing with new challenging situations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent;
  • A passion for delivering high-quality educational experiences for children;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • The ability to work effectively with young people and develop good relationships with them;
  • Self-motivation, dedication, and consistency;
  • The ability to deal with new challenging situations;
  • A positive and flexible attitude;
  • A strong team player who can use their own initiative;
  • Understanding and empathy towards the needs of young people.
