Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our team, working with students in Key Stage 1 who have special educational needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.

This role involves developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN support staff, and external specialists to provide a holistic approach to learning.
