We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at Hadland Care Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development in young children.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Level 2 childcare qualification (desired)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery environment
  • GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language

We offer a competitive salary: £21,500 - £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including free training, childcare discounts, and paid annual leave.

Working Arrangements:
  • Able to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30, with flexible shift patterns
