Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to our younger clients, promoting their independence and well-being through various activities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering companionship services to individuals in their own homes
  • Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Providing medication reminders, shopping/errands, and escorting clients to appointments
  • Supporting clients in their community through outings, activities, and other engagements

Requirements:

  • A Car Driver's license is required due to the remote locations of some clients
  • Prior experience in caring for a family member or volunteer work is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service is necessary
