Care Worker Specialist

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Homecare Worker to provide high-quality support to clients with diverse needs. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver holistic support to promote your client's well-being and quality of life.
About the Role:This role involves delivering companionship, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and personal care in the client's home. You will adhere to individualized care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: £13.17 per hour (paid weekly)
- Flexible Shifts: Full or part-time schedules, including days, nights, and weekends
- Free Training: Aligned with the Care Certificate, enhancing your skills and knowledge
- Ongoing Support: Development opportunities through in-house courses and funded qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Eligibility for Benefits: Annual pay increases, Blue Light card, and refer-a-friend bonus of £250
- Age 18 or above
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
- Good standard of English and effective communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (refundable after a set period of work, £45 application fee)
