Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have considerable technical and product expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and be able to deliver world-class SFMC-based solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into a technology solution and implement that solution in an accurate, efficient, and reliable manner.
  • Lead the design and delivery of solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Be the trusted advisor to our customers, prospects, and the broader cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical effort estimates and timelines.
  • Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud opportunities as applicable.
  • Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagram/visuals.
  • Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect who has:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce.
  • 3+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, and Einstein.
  • Experience with writing SQL (MS SQL) and AMPscript.
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration architectures.
  • Experience working with client teams and consulting staff through full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including SFMC ecosystem.
