Solution Architect for Generative AI Solutions

As a Solution Architect at Salesforce, you will serve as a strategic advisor and guide for our largest enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in AI and Salesforce platforms to drive business value.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with clients to rationalize and deploy new technologies, ensuring increased business value.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions, utilizing Salesforce platforms and technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead customer expectations, negotiating solutions to complex problems with clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain detailed system and functional designs, ensuring effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects, utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Authority-level experience in defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, and providing detailed system and functional designs.
  • Key Einstein Tooling experience, including Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, and OOTB AI GenAI.
  • AI and Integration Focus: Hands-on experience with Einstein in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Validated results in delivering high-value business outcomes using agile approaches.
  • Shown results leading customer and/or partner success stories.
  • Data Cloud Implementation experience.
  • Experience Design expertise.
  • API frameworks and Mulesoft experience.
  • Organisational Change and Evaluation Models experience.
